What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 1 year customer service previous customer/escalation support experience

Nice to Have

Experience in automotive dealership BDC or sales roles is a plus, Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications preferred

What You'll Do.

handle inbound calls to drive dealership sign-ups and reactivations

send targeted emails and text messages to engage potential and existing dealer partners

provide exceptional customer service in every interaction

accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
