What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years of relevant experience, Working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job field, Understanding of key business drivers, Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity, Provides informal guidance to new team members, Minimum of 3 years of experience in Audit and Compliance, Ability to collect and analyze data, Problem solving skills, Corporate mainframe and MicroSoft Office experience
Nice to Have
Commercial Truck and Remarketing experience strongly preferred

Manage updates to operational procedures
Maintain version control
Support cross team alignment
Direct monthly corporate audits
Manage cross functional preparation
Maintain Remarketing and Asset Management policies
Manage updates within the enterprise repository
Help ensure teams adhered to evolving processes
Evaluate NASC workflows for compliance
Approve changes prior to publication
Oversee creation and delivery of training programs
Ensure all operational teams remain compliant
Design monthly inventory audit cycles
Implement monthly inventory audit cycles
Supervise monthly inventory audit cycles
Lead bi annual ICS evaluation programs
Champion enhancements within ALFA
Identify modernization opportunities
Prioritize requirements with IT and leadership
Oversee user acceptance testing strategy
Execute user acceptance testing
Ensure system updates meet business needs
Improve reporting accuracy
Maintain ongoing system evaluation
and governance of reporting
Oversee the review and exception handling of operational
Ensure timely resolution and proper accounting
Manage high risk administrative processes
Ensure adherence to corporate controls
