College degree or equivalent industry experience, Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, 3-5 years of wholesale and/or retail remarketing industry work experience, Must be able to conduct Internet research, understand Auto IMS, VIN decoding, Guidebooks
Nice to Have
Existing IARA Certification or ability to become certified
What You'll Do.
Lead implementation and onboarding for new accounts
Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact
Manage inquiries and escalations
Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams
Facilitate recurring client touchpoints
Prepare meeting agendas and performance reporting
Identify and communicate trends
Support strategic client projects
Maintain accurate account documentation
Monitor service performance and resolve issues
Demonstrate organization and prioritization
Manage multiple accounts and requests
Meet deadlines and client expectations
Perform other duties and special projects

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate internally with Vehicle Remarketing sales and operations teams; Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams
