Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform, Deep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio, programming skills in Java (for custom logic, APIs, and integrations), Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning), Good experience in Python for data processing and automation, experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture, Match/Merge and survivorship rules, Data modeling (entities, relationships, hierarchies), Crosswalks, reference data, and golden record concepts, Experience with batch and real-time data integration patterns, Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments, domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including: HCP/HCO mastering, Affiliations, Product Master / Material Master

Nice to Have

Experience with PySpark, Databricks, and large-scale data processing, Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.), Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases, Exposure to GenAI / AI-driven data use cases, Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), Reltio MDM Certification, AWS / Cloud Certifications, Data Engineering / SQL Certifications, Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations, Experience in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments, Exposure to enterprise-scale MDM transformations

Implement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation

Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs

and file-based approaches

Work with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) or equivalent frameworks for data ingestion and distribution

Configure and manage crosswalks

Develop and enforce data quality rules

and enrichment processes

Support data governance and stewardship workflows

including DCR lifecycle

and compliance across MDM processes

Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations
