The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the relocation and expense project process for our client’s portfolio within Texas and the central field. This is a dynamic role that requires meticulous planning, excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead geographically dispersed projects. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their relocation needs, goals, and objectives. * Develop and execute comprehensive relocation project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. * Plan and manage successfully relocations up to 1,000 people and expense projects up to 100K. * Perform data input into the Corrigo system and Asana to maintain project information * Coordinate and manage all stages of the relocation process, from initial planning to post-move evaluation. * Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless relocation experience. * Conduct site visits to evaluate existing facilities and identify potential issues or opportunities. * Coordinate logistics, such as space planning, furniture procurement, IT infrastructure setup, equipment installations and expense projects. * Manage and track the pro
