What You'll Do.
Manage all new hire onboarding information
Update project matrix
fill in customer information
fill in technical requirements
Communicate with client on upcoming projects
Gather details needed for project initiation
coordinate kick-off meetings
Review space change requests
Review private room requests
Conduct site visits with stakeholders
Populate Gantt charts
maintain Gantt charts
adhere to project timelines
Maintain status updates
