Reliability technician performs bias set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures. Assist reliability engineers in executing design of experiments (DOE) and evaluation and debug activities for issue resolution. Reliability technician supports biased set up & loading activities including ESD & Latch up testing. Major Duties & Responsibilities: 1\. Set up, monitor biased set up and provides data log to Rel engineers. 2\. Maintains, calibrates and repairs reliability stress chambers and hardware. 3. 3. Load and unload samples for bias testing. 4\. Performs board inspection and repair. 5\. Support inventory management of spares and hardware _For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
