An inclusive and diverse workforce strengthens us and allows for a collaborative environment to solve the challenges that face our industry today and in the future. **JOB SUMMARY** Assesses the compliance of both ERCOT and ERCOT Market Participants with Texas electric reliability laws, including the Texas Administrative Code, the Public Utility Regulatory Act (PURA), Texas Public Utility Commission (PUCT) Substantive Rules, ERCOT Protocols and Other Binding Documents, including analyzing data, conducting investigations and audits, drafting reports and providing testimony for the PUCT’s Enforcement Division. Conducts and participates in reliability audits. Works closely with ERCOT Legal to provide technical expertise, collaborate on investigations, and ensure quality work is submitted to the PUCT.
