What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant degree (e. g. , B. Eng. /M. Sc. in mechanical or process engineering, or similar), Knowledge of different NDT methods and hands-on experience applying them in failure analysis and condition assessment, Experience using maintenance management systems, IT skills and confidence working with technical data, reports, and structured documentation, Hands-on understanding of maintenance work and rotating and static industrial equipment, Familiarity with materials and equipment used in demanding industrial process environments, Excellent Finnish skills, Good written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Familiarity with RCM (Reliability‑Centered Maintenance) and RCA methods and tools, Familiarity with reliability modelling, risk‑based maintenance planning and related tools, Experience with industrial shutdowns, turnarounds, and/or technical investment projects

Monitoring and analyzing equipment condition
Investigating disturbances and equipment issues
Planning and supporting shutdowns and maintenance stops
Coordinating and supervising service providers
Keeping maintenance instructions and documentation clear

Contributing to occupational safety work
Participating actively in risk assessments and hazard elimination
Supporting the evaluation and implementation of maintenance-related investment and improvement projects
