Must Have

Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university, Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation or aerospace working with field, repair, or fleet performance data

Nice to Have

6 years of experience in aviation or aerospace working with field, repair, or fleet performance data, Experience leading cross-functional problem-solving or continuous improvement initiatives, Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, Established project management skills, Working knowledge of reliability engineering methods, Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple data hygiene mindset, Demonstrated ability to work across functions (engineering, services, quality, supply chain, repair shops), Experience with Unison components (electrical and/or mechanical) and associated repair processes, Hands-on experience with Weibull analysis, reliability block diagrams, reliability growth modeling, and fleet performance analysis, Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements related to reliability and safety
