Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, Minimum of 5 years of post-collegiate experience, preferably working in Testing/ Automation/ Mechanical Engineering, Proven experience in NPI process participation and/or leadership, Design and development of Reliability Plan, Fixture Design and creation, Experience testing Thermal and fluid systems

What You'll Do.

lead DFMEA and PFMEA efforts supporting our coolant distribution units
lead the identification of reliability related test needs
Lead the development of new and the maintenance of existing coolant distribution unit reliability models
Work with engineering and operations to establish reliability test plans to support the introduction of new products or product updates
Leading failure root cause investigations
Support the resolution of technical challenges and issues related to coolant distribution units throughout the product lifecycle

Reporting to the Product Manager the Reliability Engineer will influence design choices, design and maintain reliability evaluation tools to maximize product reliability, and lead DFMEA and PFMEA efforts supporting our coolant distribution units. The position will lead the identification of reliability related test needs, planning, and evaluation. Successful candidates will be comfortable taking on tasks as an individual contributor as well as working together with the team as required to meet project deadlines. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead the development of new and the maintenance of existing coolant distribution unit reliability models. * Work with engineering and operations to establish reliability test plans to support the introduction of new products or product updates. * Assist in maintaining a strong best practice culture and driving additional foundational knowledge and IP. * Leading failure root cause investigations. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. * Participate in design reviews, presenting technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. * Support the resolution o
