Must Have
3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, Min of 2 years in a people leadership with focus on development of teams
Nice to Have
Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well, Project management experience including leading a project, Understanding of budgeting and financial processes, Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM, Lean, 6 Sigma
What You'll Do.
Optimize plant equipment and installation
Deploy dynamic Preventive Maintenance plan
Align PM strategy with Plant & CBN
Lead Preventive Maintenance Plan & Execution
Review & Assure Required Spare parts & Inventory Level
Develop Action Plan for breakdown/issue
Review Preventive Maintenance plan to be dynamic
Define standards & procedure
Coordinate Maintenance Program
Control cost efficient
Drive Safety Health and Environment culture
Implement SHE legislation
Comply to legal and corporate standards
Execute actions with speed
Escalate and implement solutions to impact risks
Ensure maintenance for SHE aspects
Ensure safety instructions
Check work permit adequacy and execution
Take care of technician's/contractor's safety
Ensure technical plans of equipment are updated
Immediately correct substandard condition or unsafe behaviours
Report unsafe situations and ensure corrective measures
Stop work when safety is at risk
Escalate capacity and support required
Review Safety performance
Lead/participate in incident/accident investigations
Lead/participate in Risk Assessments
Drive Quality culture
Ensure maintenance interventions guarantee Quality
Integrate Quality tasks into PM plan
Ensure maintenance intervention does not generate non-conformities

Ensure availability and understanding of technical plans of new machines
Provide inputs into technical requirements for new machines
Implement MOS roll out plan
Support implementation of Autonomous Maintenance
Perform Autonomous Maintenance audits

This role is required to align PM strategy with Plant & Combined Business Needs (CBN) without compromising delivery of results and standards including; * Leading Preventive Maintenance Plan & Execution. * Review & Assuring Required Spare parts & Inventory Level. * Develop Action Plan (Mitigation, Corrective & Preventive) for breakdown/issue. * Review Preventive Maintenance plan to be dynamic and suit to real condition of plant. * Defining standards & procedure. * Coordinating Maintenance Program within internal & external team. * Cost efficient & control.
