What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field), Minimum of 7 years of experience in reliability engineering, In-depth knowledge of reliability methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), etc., Proficiency in data analysis, Proficiency in use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, Expertise in the use and facilitation of DMAIC methodology

Nice to Have

Reliability certification (CRL, CMRP, etc.)

What You'll Do.

Develop reliability strategies

Analyze reliability data

Implement corrective actions

Optimize maintenance programs

Analyze Emergency events

Conduct criticality analyses

Participate in design and implementation of new equipment

Support CAPEX projects

Prepare and present reliability points

Train team members on reliability best practices

Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams; Work with product team
