What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline, Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical environment, Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook, Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP) background experience, Verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or GED with 5-10 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related position within a pharmaceutical environment
What You'll Do.
Support capital projects
Place equipment in compliant preventative maintenance system
Partner with Process Development on new product introductions
Focus on equipment specification
Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes
Identify cost-reduction opportunities
Analyze operational data
Implement process improvements
Create and manage detailed project plans
Ensure timely implementation of equipment
Build relationships with support capital projects
Author equipment documentation
Ensure equipment is included in preventative maintenance
Develop and implement maintenance procedures
Update preventative maintenance SOPs
Design and implement process improvements
Increase productivity
