5% Domestic and International travel, US Person under ITAR definition Or Eligible to work in the USA, Onsite: 100%, Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings, Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms, Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications, Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts, Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs, Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs, Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools, Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer, Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving, Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor, Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice, Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces, Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site, Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity

Five or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR Two or more years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree

Define the maintenance strategy for new technologies

Create a spare parts strategy for critical assets

Protect the safety of maintenance personnel and asset users

Deploy maintenance strategies and tactics

Manage effective asset performance measurement

Support engagement within the Industrial Maintenance team

Provide effective communications with customers and key stakeholders

Develop and deploy the maintenance plan for new and existing asset introduction

Ensure 'best in class' safety systems and legislative compliance

Maintain a 'safety first' culture

Provide safe assets through proactive maintenance and adoption of best practice technologies

Contribute to the management of change

Maintain compliance with Airbus procedures and practices

Support in developing

deploying and maintaining the Maintenance Plan

Lead Total Cost of Ownership

Develop cost of maintenance reduction projects

Prepare business cases

Develop and produce effective and timely asset performance metrics

Develop tailored improvement plans for each asset group

Project manage refurbishment projects

Provide technical maintenance support for refurbishment

acquisition and change projects

Seek technological improvements to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance

Contribute to the development of robust predictive instruments and proactive maintenance practices

Support management component obsolescence

Maintain the standard of Asset Care Plans

Support the technical aspects of contracted maintenance services

Support asset recovery plans

Lead technical problem solving and lessons learned activity

Embed and maintain a culture of structured root cause analysis

Deploy maintenance tools and methodologies

Be the champion for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Contribute actively to the overall management of the Industrial Maintenance business

Asset age ranges from new equipment, up to 15 years old. The Industrial Maintenance strategy requires enhanced technical support to develop the internal competence to deliver comprehensive asset care.
