8+ years engineering leadership, 3+ years RTE/Program Manager, Demonstrated SAFe experience, U. S. citizenship required, Active security clearance required, Obtain/maintain security clearance, Typically requires STEM degree, Minimum 10 years relevant experience, Advanced Degree in related field, Minimum 7 years relevant experience

SAFe RTE/SPC certification, Connectivity experience, Networking experience, Resilient communications experience, Embedded software products experience, Mission-critical software development experience, Safety-relevant software development experience, Regulated aerospace/defense software experience, Lean-Agile transformation experience, DevSecOps practices experience, Automation improvements experience
