Must Have
Proven experience in agile roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project/Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer minimum 5 years experience, Demonstrated capability in line management or people leadership, particularly with Scrum Masters and Agile Practitioners, including experience with coaching, performance reviews, and career development., Deep knowledge of SAFe and other agile methodologies, skills in mentoring, team building, and conflict resolution across diverse teams., Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication for all levels of the organisation., Effective stakeholder management and multitasking ability., Analytical mindset and proactive risk management.
