Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in Release Management or similar role, Proven experience working closely with software development or product development teams, hands-on experience with Jira (dashboards, workflows, reporting), Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, Experience managing releases in complex, multi-team environments, stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously, Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Confluence, CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Jenkins, GitLab), Knowledge of ITIL or change management frameworks, Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Certification in Agile/Scrum (e. g. , Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus
What You'll Do.
and manage end-to-end software releases across multiple projects
Define and maintain release calendars and ensure alignment across teams
Track release progress
and dependencies using Jira
Ensure all release deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Manage release documentation
including release notes and deployment plans
Identify and mitigate risks
and bottlenecks in the release cycle
Facilitate go/no-go meetings and ensure stakeholder sign-offs
Drive continuous improvement in release management processes and tools
Ensure compliance with change management and governance standards
