Nice to Have

Experience with Agile methodologies, Familiarity with JIRA, Familiarity with ServiceNow, Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Bachelor's degree

Host deployment plan walkthroughs

Facilitate coordination between teams

Coordinate meetings for deployments

Partner with Delivery Leads

Establish release calendar

Track development work

Maintain documentation

Distribute documentation

Prepare release updates

Establish relationships with leads

Provide documentation for approvals

Own relationship with contractor teams

Maintain working relationships with teams
