ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met; ensuring all expenses are accounted for and aligned with the allocated budget; ensure services are being optimized, and processes across teams are working effectively; ensuring critical new release information is shared to the appropriate teams and in the appropriate formats; ensuring everything is current and easily accessible for the teams; ensure goals and objectives are being met; inform strategic decisions; ensuring accuracy and timeliness; ensuring a smooth onboarding experience; driving adoption of The Orchard’s products and tools as well as driving adoption of new features contained therein.

A background in music distribution is preferred., Familiarity with competitive analysis techniques and marketing strategies is preferred.
What You'll Do.
coordinating and managing tasks for artist and label campaigns
offering vital sales support
overseeing the evaluation of services
tracking campaigns and budgets
collecting key materials
assisting with critical day-to-day responsibilities across the team
working cross-functionally between departments and within diverse systems
handling multiple tasks efficiently
Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns
alongside the team Relationship Manager
and deliverables are met.
Track campaign budgets
ensuring all expenses are accounted for and aligned with the allocated budget.
Support campaign evaluations identifying areas for improvement
ensure services are being optimized
and processes across teams are working effectively.
Work closely with the Relationship Manager in ensuring critical new release information is shared to the appropriate teams and in the appropriate formats.
Gather and organize key assets and materials for a campaign
such as press materials
ensuring everything is current and easily accessible for the teams.
Keep track of campaign performance across sales and other services deployed to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
Assist with gathering insights and conducting competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in running reports for internal and or external needs
ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide assistance to the Solutions team with new label training
ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Support in driving adoption of The Orchard’s products and tools as well as driving adoption of new features contained therein.
Help coordinate office visits and in-person meetings with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Attend artist shows after work hours as necessary.
