What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Master's Degree, 1+ years formal commercial credit training & experience from a bank or financial institution, 1+ years of high performing experience providing financial expertise, counsel, and customized solutions to commercial clients in emerging to middle-market revenue brackets, Experience working in relationship management teams with a proven understanding of the importance of balancing business development and asset quality, track record of achieving performance targets, Involvement in relevant boards and/or industry organizations

Educate clients on capabilities

Maintain active prospecting efforts
