What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services, Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts, Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders, Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities
Nice to Have
Fluency in English additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued
