What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services, Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts, Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders, Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
additional languages (e. g. , Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued, less experience will still be considered for the position but with relevant adjustments to seniority
What You'll Do.
Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients
Cultivate and expand partnerships with distribution partners
Lead prospect and client meetings
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Work with Marketing Team to identify activities
Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management
