Must Have
Current P&C License, 3+ years of experience in personal insurance, experience working with high net worth clients, time management skills, multi-tasking ability, presentation skills, verbal communications, written communications, Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems, Sagitta, ImageRight, AppliedRater(SEMCAT), Demonstrates the firm’s core values

What You'll Do.
Provide proactive day-to-day client service
Evaluate client needs
Respond to client questions
Review client exposures
Advise on complex risk exposures
Review inspection reports
Provide proactive direction to resolve claims
Create and present private risk management renewal proposals
Conduct annual interactive reviews
Understand and leverage holistic platform
Cultivate relationships with insurance company partners
Maintain concern for accuracy
Minimize potential for errors and omissions claims
