What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of direct financial industry experience in client-facing or analytical roles, Fluent Japanese and business-level English (oral and written), Strong communication and presentation skills, Strategic planning and execution abilities, Time management skills, Relationship-building skills, Multitasking and flexibility, High attention to detail, Technical proficiency, Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce. com), Ability to perform routine tasks with accuracy

Nice to Have

Negotiation experience with clients on terms and pricing, Financial modeling background, Corporate finance knowledge, MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials, International work experience or exposure to diverse backgrounds, Familiarity with data vendor services (Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Uzabase, Moody's, etc.)

What You'll Do.

Own the complete relationship with financial institutions

Manage revenue growth targets

Build and execute strategic account plans

Conduct diagnostic conversations to identify usage opportunities

Serve as primary contact for all client inquiries

Establish relationships with key contacts

Gather competitive intelligence

Monitor product offerings

Translate client feedback into actionable strategies

Monitor renewal pipeline using Salesforce. com

Coordinate with order management

and finance teams to execute renewals

Deliver optimal client solutions
