Must Have
Academic Master’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, proven exposure to FinTechs and/or PSPs, Demonstrated ability to combine commercial growth with disciplined risk and control ownership, Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Dutch

An experienced FI or Fintech banker, understanding of FinTech and PSP business models, trends and regulatory drivers, Commercially sensitive, Comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment, Relationship-driven, persuasive communicator, trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, Entrepreneurial, curious and proactive, understanding of the Wholesale Banking product suite
What You'll Do.
Own and develop senior relationships with FinTech and PSP clients
Act as a strategic sparring partner for FinTech management teams
Lead the strategic dialogue with clients
Originate and execute commercial opportunities
Define and execute the commercial strategy for client portfolio
Coordinate closely with Transaction Services
Capital Markets & Advisory
Lending and Financial Markets teams
Act as the first line owner for non-financial risk
manage and escalate compliance
