Here, you don’t just stay at the forefront of the industry – you can make a difference too. **JOB PURPOSE** Responsible to solicit sales of all lending products, including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel, Group Enterprise Banking. **ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Proactively solicit and market range of lending products including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel. * Achieve stretched individual targets. * Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets. * Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Direct Channel from time to time. * Develop and maintain good relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers and customers. * Ensure that lending applications and other required documentations related works comply and defect free. * Ensure at all time adherence to credit and business operational processes and compliant to regulatory and control requirements. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. * Preferably 2 or 3 years working experience in sales & marketing. * Possess relevant insurance licenses. * Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Good time management. * Able to work independently with self-initiative or without much supervision. * Able to manage multiple stakeholders. * Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials.
