What You'll Do.

Run high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners across phone

Qualify inbound leads from podcasts

and digital marketing campaigns.

Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot.

Coordinate scheduling

and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.

Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.

Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.

About the Role As a Growth Associate at Crisp, you are the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor; the person ensuring they’re consistently in front of the right law firm owners, having the right conversations, at the right time. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer while receiving direct day-to-day mentorship, coaching, and guidance from your paired Growth Advisor. You own the engine behind the relationship-building process: outbound prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, pipeline organization, and converting inbound interest from our flagship podcast, conferences, events, referrals, and digital marketing into qualified discovery conversations.
