What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years related experience in the retail industry or financial services required, Notary appointment, or attain Notary status within 3 months of hire, trained in Branch Lending
Nice to Have
College Degree, Previous sales experience, Previous lending experience
What You'll Do.
Serve financial needs of members
Process teller transactions
Open and maintain accounts
Open savings & investment products
Assist members with transactions
Engage members in conversation
Conduct credit reviews
Identify referrals to business units
Process account opening and maintenance
Process loan applications
Adhere to member service standards
Handle member accounts with integrity
Adhere to Credit Union policies
Perform teller transactions
Perform member service operations
Build relationships with knowledge
Research and resolve account issues
Provide information on solutions
Process Business Services requests
Manage loan and deposit pipeline
Understand IRA process and products
Open and maintain IRA accounts
Process all loan requests
Process and open specialty accounts
Make outbound guidance calls
Represent the Credit Union
Understand audit procedures
Assist members with convenience
Educate members on technology
Contribute to Branch goals
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assists Branch Manager to ensure staff apply appropriate skill; Represents the Credit Union by visitations to Business Partners
Communication Scope
excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
