What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or operations, 2-5 years of work experience in finance, law, or bank operations, Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve complex problems, Ability to quickly learn new concepts, Deadline-driven and highly organized, Exceptional attention to detail, Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, Proven ability to collaborate with management and team members, Demonstrate integrity in day-to-day administration
Nice to Have
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) industry, Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing position, Experience working with high-income individuals, Experience with NetSuite
What You'll Do.
Convey complex M&A deal information
Keep clients apprised of post-closing events
Facilitate contact with professional teams
Investigate client requests
Respond to client requests
Research internal NetSuite database
Research deal documents
Arrange payment of invoices
Disseminate reports and documentation
Liaise with other deal parties
Liaise with legal counsel
Liaise with third-party advisors
Track status of M&A transactions
Provide timely customer service
Provide excellent customer service
Use judgement to understand deal information
Use interpretation to understand deal information
Use problem-solving to understand deal information
Communicate with internal groups
