Must Have
Associate's degree in construction/project management related field, or equivalent experience required, Minimum of three (3) years construction/project management experience, Demonstrate working knowledge of architectural, engineering and building systems, Ability to read, review, and understand blueprints, Proficiency with MicroStation and Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and project tracking software, Must be available to work flexible hours, Ability to use ladders

Maintain weekly update of RWO's Tracking
Conduct quality control inspections

Additionally, the RWO Coordinator provides support for AOC maintenance projects, tenant alterations and government minor construction projects. The RWO Coordinators’ priorities shall be established by the government. The RWO Coordinator will regularly interface both verbally and in writing with AOC representatives, Property Management, the Engineering staff, construction professionals, COR, and other vendors. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Conduct competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, and obtain proposals for tenant work orders, maintenance and minor construction projects; * Assign projects to contractors or engineering departments, as needed; * Manage and schedule construction projects, including pricing, estimating costs, obtaining project submittals, and processing BSR, TWO, or IRO; * Track and process BSR, TWO, or IRO including issuing purchase orders and engineering service requests; * Review tenant work orders, maintenance and minor construction projects to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets tenant satisfaction; * Provide direction and guidance to engineering staff to ensure timely completion of BSR, TWO, or IRO; * Provide written and oral status reports of BSR, TWO,
