What You'll Do.
Organise and run rehabilitation programmes
Facilitate live stream group exercise classes
Facilitate in person group exercise classes
Promote self-directed activity
Re-calibrate exercises and intensities
Identify participant deterioration
Follow internal escalation processes
Engage in 1to1 telephone conversations
Offer emotional wellbeing support
Empower self-directed activity
