Level 3 Personal trainer qualification, Good English and number skills

Nice to Have

Previous experience in Rehabilitation Specialist position, Understanding of rehabilitation, Bsc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation

What You'll Do.

Organise and run rehabilitation programmes

Facilitate live stream group exercise classes

Facilitate in person group exercise classes

Promote self-directed activity

Re-calibrate exercises and intensities

Identify participant deterioration

Follow internal escalation processes

Process reporting within timeframe

Engage in 1to1 telephone conversations

Offer coaching in goal setting

Monitor participant progress

Offer emotional wellbeing support

Empower self-directed activity
