Experience in regulatory reporting or compliance within the financial services industry, Hands-on knowledge of Banxico, CNBV, and/or Condusef requirements, Deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CUB, Familiarity with obligations that apply to digital banking institutions in Mexico, Analytical skills, Exceptional attention to detail, Proven ability to review complex regulatory documents and identify gaps or inconsistencies, Ability to manage competing priorities, Ability to make clear-headed decisions under pressure, Written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, Ability to present regulatory information clearly to different audiences, Collaborative work style, Ability to partner effectively across legal, finance, product, and operations teams, Bachelor's degree in law, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
