7-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Experience implementing and enhancing controls, Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks, Experience leading and scaling teams, Experience working across cross border payments, Experience in US and Canadian markets, Data analytics skills, Legally authorized to work in the US

Expertise in payment/cross border payments, Experience developing regulatory compliance controls considering customer journey, Experience using data analytics to develop/inform Key Risk Indicators, Willing to travel to Wise offices
What You'll Do.
Lead team to collaborate with product managers and
Develop new products and features for North America
Ensure risk assessment considering regulatory compliance risks
Support closure of regulatory compliance issues
Build new controls or enhance existing ones
Identify ways to improve controls
Reduce unnecessary customer friction
Enable continued growth
Execute quarterly regulatory compliance risk assessment
Present assessment results to Risk Committee
Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators
Provide snapshot of Regulatory Compliance Program health
Ensure team understands regional control framework
Ensure team understands local risks
Ensure team understands product compliance processes
Provide confidence to bank partners
