You’ll work alongside a skilled team of wildlife biologists, botanists, aquatic resource specialists, restoration ecologists, regulatory experts, environmental planners, and compliance specialists. This position is based in Southern California, with the potential to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine, CA or Remote within CA, NV, or AZ **Your role** We're seeking a Federal, State, and Local Permitting & Field Execution Project Manager to oversee regulatory permitting, environmental field execution, and construction monitoring for large electrical transmission and associated infrastructure projects in Southern California. * Serve as a project manager for energy infrastructure projects including coordinating with various team project task leads (GIS, biological, wetlands, cultural, and regulatory planning), scheduling and managing field staff, overseeing documentation and reporting, and leading client communications. * Schedule and oversee background data reviews, focused and general field surveys, data collection, and report development for sensitive biological resources including special-status species, natural communities, and habitats. * Coordinate and oversee background data reviews, field delineations of federal and state jurisdictional aquatic resources, delineation reports, project permitting, and potential mitigation options. * Coordinate and oversee, through collaboration with ICF cultural resources task leads, project staffing and all activities related to cultural resource compliance and r
