Position Summary SonicWall is seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer to lead worldwide regulatory compliance activities for network security hardware products, including WLAN/RLAN devices and wireless access points. This role requires deep expertise in global RF/wireless certifications, product safety, EMC, environmental compliance, and emerging cybersecurity regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority and project lead for regulatory compliance activities across the full product lifecycle — from new product introduction (NPI) through sustaining engineering and regional certification maintenance. This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with hardware, RF, and firmware engineering teams, as well as product management, manufacturing, test laboratories, certification agencies, and global regulatory authorities.
