Job Overview: This role will play a key part in strengthening the company’s regulatory and compliance capabilities in Hong Kong, with a primary focus on licensing, regulatory engagement, and ongoing compliance oversight. The role partners closely with business, product, technology, and operations teams to embed regulatory requirements into day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. It also serves as a key point of contact for regulators and external advisors in Hong Kong, supporting the company’s growth in the digital asset space while maintaining a strong compliance posture. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing applications, including preparation, submission, and ongoing engagement with relevant regulatory authorities. Conduct regulatory mapping and gap analyses to assess compliance against evolving local and cross-border regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and maintain licensing documentation, regulatory filings, and responses to regulator inquiries. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks, including policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls. Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, particularly within the digital asset and crypto landscape, and proactively advise senior management and key stake
