What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, ideally within B2B gaming, operators, legal, or advisory environments, Knowledge of gambling regulations across markets such as the UK, Greece, Sweden, Peru, Gibraltar, Romania, Ontario, and the Isle of Man, Experience with licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications, Understanding of GDPR and other privacy laws, Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to interpret regulatory changes and turn them into practical actions, Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams
Nice to Have
Experience with market entry projects and compliance gap analysis, Hands-on data privacy management experience (DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, retention policies), Relevant legal, compliance, or privacy certifications

Monitor and interpret gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Support licensing activities
Coordinate responses to regulators and maintain compliance records
Advise internal teams on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements
Lead and maintain the company’s data protection framework and GDPR compliance
Improve privacy processes
