This is a high-impact role for a lawyer who wants to be at the center of a fast-growing fintech—advising on product development, supporting our compliance management system (CMS), and helping navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. You will work directly with our General Counsel and partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Serve as a primary legal advisor on product counseling matters, providing practical regulatory guidance on new product features, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies - Advise on consumer financial protection laws, including UDAAP, fair lending, state licensing requirements (lending, money transmission), and other applicable federal and state regulations - Support all aspects of the compliance management system (CMS), including policies and procedures, training, monitoring, and corrective action - Review and approve customer-facing materials and marketing collateral for regulatory accuracy and required disclosures - Assist with third-party and vendor risk management, including review of vendor contracts and oversight programs - Support licensing portfolio management, including tracking deadlines, coordinating renewals, and preparing regulatory filings - Assist with internal and external audits and
