What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in regulatory reporting within fund administration or financial services for both alternative and retail funds, understanding of EU and local fund regulations and accounting standards, Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to identify and act on opportunities for process improvements, Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, adapt quickly to challenging and changing priorities, High proficiency in Microsoft applications, fund specific software is considered an asset, Masters Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
Nice to Have
ACCA is an asset, Knowledge of Dutch IFRS and other standards is a great asset, Dutch is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Coordinate Regulatory and Internal Reporting
Oversee end-to-end process for regulatory reports
Coordinate with Tax department
Oversee production and submission of quarterly reports
Produce internal reports for analyses
Ensure all reporting deadlines are met
Act as liaison for ISAE-related activities
Coordinate with operational team
Support audit readiness
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes
Promote proper use of systems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
Assess impact on reporting obligations
Maintain documentation of reporting procedures
Support internal and external audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; Building relationships with clients, banks, auditors; working closely with the local Fund Services team; working with peers in Phillippines, Mauritius and India; working with other disciplines within the IQEQ organization; Collaborate with fund managers, auditors, regulatory bodies; Serve as primary points of contact; Develop working relationships with colleagues; Develop working relationships with clients; Develop working relationships with other stakeholders
