What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A completed degree in a related field, Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs, Advanced English proficiency, knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence, Familiarity with COSIF standards (Type 3 conglomerate), Knowledge of regulations applicable to SCFIs and Payment Institutions (IPs)
Nice to Have
Experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance is a plus
What You'll Do.
Analyze and monitor regulatory demands within the financial and payments landscape
Analyze and track regulatory requirements applicable to the financial and payments market
Participate in and monitor regulatory discussions relevant to the sector
Conduct regulatory assessments related to new products
and existing initiatives
Support and follow up on the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans
Evaluate new regulations and compliance obligations
identifying their impact on the business
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work on a day-to-day basis with the development teams for new products and services; Build relationships with card schemes and ensure business areas are aligned with program compliance requirements; Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams
