Nice to Have
Experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance is a plus

## Description The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues. We are looking for a hands-on professional, passionate about new technologies and disruptive products to join our Regulatory team. This professional will work on a day-to-day basis with the development teams for new products and services. ## What You'll Be Doing As a Regulatory Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing and monitoring regulatory demands within the financial and payments landscape. Your key responsibilities include: Analyze and track regulatory requirements applicable to the financial and payments market Participate in and monitor regulatory discussions relevant to the sector Conduct regulatory assessments related to new products, services, and existing initiatives Support and follow up on the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans Evaluate new regulations and compliance obligations, identifying their impact on the business Build relationships with card schemes and ensure business areas are aligned with program compliance requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams ## What You Need To Succeed To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone with: A completed degree in a related field Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs Advanced English proficiency Strong knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence Familiarity with COSIF standards (Type 3 conglomerate) Knowledge of regulations applicable to SCFIs and Payment Institutions (IPs) Experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance is a plus We know no one masters everything — and that’s okay.
