What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field, Experience in multinational organizations within consumer healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods environments, Proven experience managing regulatory interactions with health authorities and external bodies, communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Proven success in supporting product launches from a regulatory perspective, stakeholder management experience, including external influence and negotiation, Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing regulatory environments, A collaborative, adaptable, and open mindset, with learning agility, Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and comfort working within diverse teams and perspectives
