What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven record of customer service skills, High attention to detail, problem-solving skills to research and resolve customer inquiries, Professional oral and written communication skills, effective listening abilities, MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), technical aptitude to learn new technology
Nice to Have
Experience supporting onsite program operations, Background working with travel vendors, hotels, or event management systems, Familiarity with crisis procedures or high-volume travel operations, Hospitality or Event Management degree
What You'll Do.
Manage guest phone calls and communicate travel itineraries
Maintain documentation of all email correspondence
Ensure client expectations and guidelines are met
Maintain and monitor client email boxes and winners’ lists
Secure pre/post-hotel extensions and communicate guest hotel changes
Review and test websites prior to launch
Support the Deviation/Exception Grid process and complete accounting functions
Research and resolve customer inquiries
Attend ongoing training
and program perform special assignments
Provide guidance and leadership during emergencies or high-volume periods
