Must Have
Graduate of an AMA/JRCERT Accredited school of Radiography/and OR associate degree in Radiologic Technology, 1 year’s radiography experience, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) R. T. (R), State of Maryland Radiation Technologist license, Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice to Have
Dexa, customer service & critical thinking skills, Effective verbal and written skills, Ability to work independently in a busy, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, Basic PC skills including RIS/PACS experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer), Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
What You'll Do.
Perform diagnostic imaging studies per protocol
Perform documentation in computer systems
Monitor and assist patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Practice ALARA principles
Maintain patient confidentiality
Provide age-appropriate care
Maintain schedule with flexible attitude
Assist in orienting new employees
Train radiography students
Participate in PI projects
Stock and manage supplies
Administer oral contrast materials
