What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry, Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English, Familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc. ) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc), Excellent MS Excel skills, Current work authorization for Canada is required
Nice to Have
Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry, Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC)
What You'll Do.
Review and process documents in both official languages
Process RESP withdrawals and transfer requests
Coordinate timing and generation of ESDC grant files
Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments
