Must Have
Minimum two years hemodialysis experience, Nephrology certificate, Completion of vascular access modules, Pass nephrology quiz by obtaining 80%, Knowledge of Nephrology Nursing Standard, Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario, BCLS required, Medication Administration certificate, Patient assessment course

Nephrology certificate within 18 months of hire
