Must Have
Minimum two years hemodialysis experience, Nephrology certificate required, Completion of vascular access modules, Pass nephrology quiz by obtaining 80%, Knowledge of Nephrology Nursing Standard, Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario, BCLS required, Medication Administration certificate required, Patient assessment course required, Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, Demonstrated excellent communication skills, Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, Demonstrated excellent conflict-resolution skills, Demonstrated excellent decision making skills, Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, Demonstrated knowledge of patient and family-centred care, Demonstrated leadership skills, Demonstrated facilitation skills, Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, Demonstrated excellent organization skills, Demonstrated excellent critical-thinking skills, Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, Demonstrated ability to work in stressful environment, Exemplary clinical practice, Ability to prioritize patient care needs, Ability to make autonomous decisions, Excellent physical assessment skills, Ability to promote health work environment, Ability to proactive excellent client safety guidelines, Knowledge of Occupational Heath and Safety Act, Demonstrate Osler's Values, Excellent attendance, Excellent punctuality, Excellent work record
