Recent cardiology experience (last 5 years), Minimum 2 years acute medicine experience, Coronary Care 1 required, Pass arrhythmia interview quiz (80%), Pass cardiology challenge exam (80%) within 30 days, Recent 12 lead ECG interpretation experience, Current RN registration in good standing, BCLS required, Medication Administration certificate required, Patient Assessment course required, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent conflict-resolution skills, Excellent decision-making skills, Ability to work collaboratively, Knowledge of patient and family-centred care, Experience with patient and family health teaching, Leadership skills required, Facilitation skills required, Excellent customer service skills, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent critical-thinking skills, Commitment to continuous learning, Ability to work in stressful environment, Ability to prioritize patient care needs, Ability to make autonomous decisions, Excellent physical assessment skills, Ability to promote healthy work environment, Practice excellent client safety guidelines, Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, Demonstrate Osler's Values
